OUR SERVICES

Young Yogi

Studio Sessions

Small-group sessions (maximum of three clients) for a highly personalised experience.
Each class blends Pilates and contemporary movement to build strength, control, and flow, tailored to your body and goals within a supportive, intimate setting.

Initial Consultation

In this 55 minute one-on-one session, we’ll take time to understand your goals, posture, and movement patterns through a personalised assessment. You’ll experience the Embodi approach — intelligent, mindful movement designed to meet your unique needs.

This session ensures your program is tailored specifically to your body, helping you move safely, effectively, and with confidence as you begin your Embodi journey.

Duet Sessions

Train alongside a friend, partner, or fellow dancer in a private two-person session.
Enjoy the motivation of shared energy with the benefit of personal attention and a program tailored to both of you.

Private Sessions

A one-on-one experience designed entirely around you.
Your instructor will guide you through personalised movement to refine technique, improve alignment, and build lasting strength and confidence.
